Do I need to follow a strict diet?
Not at all. This program is built around realistic, flexible habits — not restriction. We work with foods you enjoy and create a plan that fits your actual life, not some idealised version of it.
How do the 1:1 sessions work?
Sessions take place via video call (Zoom or Google Meet). We'll review your progress, adjust your plan as needed, tackle any challenges, and set goals for the week ahead. Sessions are 60 minutes each.
What if I have food allergies or intolerances?
Everything is personalised to you — including any allergies, intolerances, or foods you simply don't enjoy. Your plan will be designed around what works for your body specifically.
When can I start?
New rounds open monthly with limited spots. Once you enrol, we'll schedule your intake call within 48 hours to get started on your personalised plan right away.
Is there any support between sessions?
Yes! You'll have WhatsApp or email access to me between sessions for questions, recipe help, or just a bit of encouragement when you need it most.
